A complaint was recorded some time recently the Office of the Ombudsman on Monday against a few pioneers of the House of Agents in association with the 2025 Common Apportionments Act( GAA).
Named repliers were Speaker Martin Romualdez, Lion's share Pioneer Manuel Jose Dalipe, Ako Bicol Rep. Elizaldy Co who's a previous president of the Committee on Assignments, and Marikina 2nd Area Rep. Stella Luz Quimbo who's the acting president of the allotments board.
In the complaint recorded by Davao del Norte 1st Locale Rep. Pantaleon Alvarez, they were arraigned of misrepresentation of authoritative reports and infringement of theAnti-Graft and Degenerate Hones Act.
Other lawgivers on Sunday called the complaint, which was in association with the fought additions totaling around P241 billion in the GAA, an endeavor to move open consideration from the arraignment case against Bad habit President Sara Duterte.
