A content creator is now facing multiple charges after a viral video showed him urinating on a poster of Pastor Apollo Quiboloy.

Briand Crist Oncada, popularly known as “Brader” online, sparked outrage among members of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) after posting the controversial video. The clip quickly spread across social media, drawing criticism and prompting legal action.

Attorney Israelito Torreon, legal counsel for Quiboloy, confirmed that multiple charges are being prepared against Oncada. These include libel under Articles 353 and 355 of the Revised Penal Code, following accusations made against Quiboloy, as well as a violation of Article 133, which penalizes acts that offend religious feelings.

Torreon also emphasized the negative influence of such content on younger audiences, arguing that the content creator must be held accountable. In addition to the criminal charges, he is reportedly seeking P10 million in damages.

Following the backlash, Oncada issued a public apology, stating that his actions were intended solely for entertainment and not to cause harm or division. He expressed remorse for offending Pastor Quiboloy and KOJC members.

“My intention was purely for entertainment, but it led to division and offense. For that, I sincerely apologize to Pastor Apollo Quiboloy and the members of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ,” Oncada stated.

This isn’t the first time Oncada has been involved in controversy—he has previously been detained for alleged drug use and criticized for offensive remarks about an Indian student.
