A multicab was caught on camera colliding with a parked truck along a highway in Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur, leaving seven passengers injured.
The accident occurred on Sunday, February 9, along the Davao-Digos Highway heading toward Davao City.

Dashcam footage showed traffic moving smoothly when the multicab, traveling in the rightmost lane, suddenly slammed into the stationary dump truck.

The impact caused the multicab to spin and come to a stop, ejecting some of its passengers onto the road.
A sportsutility vehicle (SUV) following closely behind collided with the multicab, striking one of the passengers sprawled on the pavement.

Fortunately, other vehicles managed to stop in time, preventing further casualties.
The multicab driver and passengers sustained injuries and were immediately taken to a hospital for treatment.
